The 2017 Sorento is getting new technology and more smartphone compatibility. Here are a few available driver assistance features

Autonomous Emergency Braking: This feature is standard on the SXL V6 and available on the 2.4L, EX 2.0L, LX V6, EX V6 and SX V6.

Blind Spot Detection: BDS helps eliminate the blind spot by sending the driver visual and auditory signals if there is an object in the blind spot. Standard on EX V6, SX V6 and SXL V6. Available on EX 2.0T and LX V6.

Rear Cross Traffic Alert: Easily back out of a tight or crowded parking space with RCTA. This feature is standard on the EX V6, SX V6 and SXL V6 and available on the EX 2.0T and the LX V6.

Dynamic Bending Lights: Standard on the SXL V6 and available only on the SX V6.
